Shipping & Payment Information
Sands / Sand Unity Ceremony Sets / Jars - Personalized items and or Non Personalized items:
- Delivery available Australia wide with Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post Services.
- Postage will be calculated in the shopping cart at normal Australia Post rates.
- Orders will be posted once payment has cleared.
- Express Post is faster but the package can be treated a little roughly. Please take note that we package very carefully but take no responsibility for breakages during postage.
- We take no responsibility in delayed parcels by Australia Post. The above times are estimates only. Please notify us via email if your order is URGENT and we will do our best for you.
- If you wish to pick up, cash on pickup is also accepted. Please email your order to info@candles.net.au.
- Availability of orders, allow two weeks, for postage times.
- Payments can be accepted via direct deposit into our Bank account, After pay. PayPal, and other methods.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs, Highlight Candles & Sands process and dispatch orders in accordance to required /event dates on order form. Highlight Candles & Sands are not responsible for orders, being delayed, lost or damaged. Once a tracking advice has been given to customer, it is not Highlight Candles & Sands responsible to follow up on tracking of lost, delayed or damaged orders. You will need to contact your own country’s postal service for tracking and delivery information . Highlight Candles & Sand will honor replacement any items damaged, once a postal damage report number from your postal service and has been submitted to Highlight Candles & Sands. We make every effort to securely pack each item to avoid damage.
